Questions

Do you only shoot on iPhone?

iPhone-first means our workflow is built for fast, social-native content. We bring stabilizers, lighting and audio gear, and can add a dedicated camera setup for more produced work.

How fast is delivery?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days. A same-day highlight reel is available as an add-on.

Do you travel outside Ottawa?

Yes. Travel within the Ottawa-Gatineau area is included. Events elsewhere include travel costs, confirmed before booking.

What happens after I pay the deposit?

You get a confirmation email right away. We then book a short brief call to build the shot list. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
